Testing equipment for checking battery basic parameters.
Purpose
To retrieve data from the smart board v1.1, an integral component of the APS Tensor battery pack. To visually monitor the electrical circuitry of the battery pack using front panel light indicators. To access the operating parameters of the battery cartridge, including open circuit voltage (V), circuit current (A), residual capacity (Ah), and serial number, as recorded by the smart module v1.1 during operation. To facilitate depassivation of battery cartridges by incorporating a 47 or 100 ohm load into the circuit.
Application area
The test box is designed for express testing of basic parameters of the battery cartridge, which are reflected on the scoreboard display, and for monitoring the integrity of electrical circuits in drilling and service centers. It is suitable for indoor use at temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The housing is constructed from a durable aluminum alloy.
